Deli-sliced meat – usually corned beef or pastrami – topped with soft cream cheese and wrapped around a dill spear. Served chilled, they are very much in demand within our family around the holidays :)

My favorite holiday appetizer is a plate of provolone cheese and salami (the real things, not the stuff from the deli).

So many things – my daughter makes a simple one. She takes a package of cream cheese, pours cocktail sauce over it and lets it soften to room temperature. Serve with Ritz crackers – YUMMY
I also make oriental flavored meat balls that everyone raves about.
