Cradle and All

In celebration of their brand new baby catalog, Sears is sponsoring a fabulous giveaway here at From Dates to Diapers!

Now, I’ve seen this fun and interactive catalog and must say that it is certainly an exciting way to shop; with games, tips, and full color pictures of some fabulous baby items (and even some great items for Mom, too). You can even enter to win a shopping spree for baby, or one of several other great prizes, from Sears.

So, go check out the catalog for yourself, enter Sears’ sweepstakes, and then come back and enter to win one of these two amazing prizes right here ::

An In Step Safari Double Stroller
in_step_safari_double_stroller

OR

A Dream on Me Convertible Crib
dream_on_me_crib

There are two ways to enter to win
::

  • Visit the catalog and then leave a comment here about your favorite thing in it or about it. Did you like the design, the layout, or perhaps the color scheme? It can, but doesn’t have to be, a favorite product. Also, please mention which of the two products above you would like to win and why.
  • Grab a Cradle and All blog button and place it on your blog’s sidebar or Facebook wall, then leave a comment linking to where you placed it.

At midnight, on September 28th, a winner will be randomly selected and notified via email.

HAPPY SHOPPING!

My favorite item in the catalog is the trend lab baby cocoa dots tulip tote. I would like to win the convertible crib. The crib I have is not convertible and it has already been through several children. Thanks for the great giveaway!

I have a new grandson on the way and no where for him to sleep. The crib would be so welcome. I like that the catalog offers practically everything you would need.

Carrie September 21, 2009 at 3:42 pm

It was a little confusing at first but I figured it out (I attribute it to the lack of sleep I got last night!)

I am totally in love with the girls contemporary nursery. Super cute!

Tammy @ LoveMy2Dogs September 21, 2009 at 4:02 pm

Thank you. :-)

adrienne Gordon September 21, 2009 at 5:33 pm

I love the setup of the catalog, very slick.

ky2here September 21, 2009 at 5:59 pm

I like this crib sheet: Carter’s Jersey Fitted Sheet, Sage. I find the catalog slow to use, I’d like something quicker to load and display.

courtney s September 21, 2009 at 6:32 pm

i like the contemporary room with the lettering on the wall. I also love the catalog. Very modern. I also like the 3 in 1 rocker swing

Dream on Me Convertible Crib is what I would love- low on space

I love the fact its easy to navigate

Sarai September 21, 2009 at 8:24 pm

The calm colors, the cute graphics, the oh-so-adorable babies and that pink and black nursery are enough to make anybody want to have a baby!!

Cat September 21, 2009 at 8:29 pm

Can I say that love that the catalog is digital? Brilliant. I also really love the Lambs & Ivy bedding collection for girls.

I’d love to win the convertible crib. Our toddler refuses to give hers up to her baby sister and she pretty much chewed it to death.

Michelle Draveski September 21, 2009 at 8:32 pm

I love and really need the 3 in 1 rocker swing

Jan September 21, 2009 at 8:50 pm

I really like the layout. Fresh and cute!
I would love to win the convertible crib.

Reachel Bagley September 21, 2009 at 11:25 pm

I really like the playful layout. Clicking on the mobile swatches to change the room was delightful. Please send me that convertible crib.

Thanks!

Chaya Allen September 22, 2009 at 12:13 am

I love the look of the catalog. The colors are great and draw my eye and attention.

Carol September 22, 2009 at 6:02 am

Hi Christine. Here are my thoughts on the site:

It is quite slow to load, so that makes shopping more tedious than fun. Each page took a long time, and I do have a fast computer connection. I like their Instant Win game, I tried it, no luck. :0 If they could speed up the connection, it would be great, as it’s just like looking at a catalog. The pictures are clear.

The Annabelle Graco Mealtime High Chair is great, wish I had one!

I prefer the In Step Safari Double Stroller because it will hold two little ones!

Carol September 22, 2009 at 6:03 am

Grabbed the Cradle and All button onto my blog

I think that stroller ROCKS!!

Wow….I wanna ride in it!

Linda September 22, 2009 at 9:09 am

Loved their different rooms all decorated, really helpful in decorating a little ones room. I would choose the double stroller, my nephew has two little ones and they could sure use this.

Susan C September 22, 2009 at 9:59 am

i liked how you could change the theme in the crib section to get a good view of all the cute designs.I would most like to win the crib because it would be perfect for when my grandchildren visit.

I love their combi car walker. The catalog is great. i like that they have a good variety of brands to offer.

Cheryl@Somewhat Crunchy September 22, 2009 at 12:25 pm

Jill Myrick September 22, 2009 at 12:35 pm

My favorite item from the catalog is the StorkCraft Combo Tower in Cognac.
I would love to win the Dream On Me Convertible Crib.
Both of these items would be so perfect for my oldest daughter who is expecting our first grandbaby.
Thank you so much for the chance to win.

Inna September 22, 2009 at 12:37 pm

I love love love that double jogging stroller!! I have 2 kids under 3 so that would be a life saver!!!

Heather September 22, 2009 at 1:02 pm

I saw their new catalog last week and I was SO impressed. I love how it’s interactive. I immediately found a cradle I have to have for our next baby. Let me find it again. I found it! It’s the Eddie Bauer Rocking Bassinet!

Sue E September 22, 2009 at 1:27 pm

I thought the baby catalog was great! I don’t have DSL, but it loaded very quickly with each turn of the page. It has some beautiful items-I liked the way the nurseries were decorated, very appealing. I would like the convertible crib so that I don’t have to use the hand-me-down one that has seen better days. Thanks!

Emily R. September 22, 2009 at 2:08 pm

I love that the catalong gives a thumbs up to breastfeeding on page 26!
I want to win the double stroller because I have two little ones that could use it on our walks:)

I really like the Cottage Hill Armoire. I would like to win the Dream on Me convertable crib. I could really use it because we are currently using a second hand crib that is ugly and I would love to have a new one.

Amy B. September 22, 2009 at 3:30 pm

I love the way the catalog shows the room and then lets you see the products in the room with the prices..It is nice to see what it would look like set up. My favorite product is the Storkcraft Beatrice Combo Tower- Cognac. If I am so lucky, and the winner will be very lucky with this prize, I would choose the crib. I have an old crib and would love to own a new beautiful one.

Jennifer W. September 22, 2009 at 6:01 pm

I like the new catalog…it’s very user friendly. I love the Badger Basket Co Envee highchair. Funny that I’ve been looking for one for some time now and couldn’t find one that I liked…I found the one I want!!

If I win, I would pick the stroller….I’ve got 2 little ones that would love to ridin’ in a new stroller!

emily ban September 22, 2009 at 8:36 pm

Their website is so easy to navigate through. I like that there are customer reviews as well. When I’m buying a product online I almost always check to see if there are any reviews.

I would love, love, love to have that double stroller. That would make strollerwalks at the park so much easier.

I also added the button to my blog.

Autumn B. September 22, 2009 at 10:09 pm

LOVES the pics in the catalog!!!

autumn398 @ yahoo.com

ps – i’d love to win the crib b/c we borrowed a crib with my 1st child, so we have no crib for the 2nd….

Summer September 23, 2009 at 6:00 am

I loved the layout of the new catalog. All of the different ways that you can decorate a nursery are great and you can just click on the different color scheme right on the catalog.

I would definitely want the stroller. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and we only have my daughters old stroller so I have to hold my son everywhere we go.

Summer September 23, 2009 at 6:08 am

I added your button to my blog.

If I win, I would LOVE the stroller!!

The catalog is great – the adorable baby pictures, the colors, the layout – I like it all. Good job Sears!

Kate September 23, 2009 at 8:25 am

LOPVE the contemporary nursery with the black, white, and hot pink. Exactly what I want my little girl room to be. I like the catalog – great interactive device – and of course adorable babies and kids

Carol G September 23, 2009 at 8:40 am

I like the layout of the catalog–it is pretty easy to navigate, and the pictures/descriptions are excellent.
If I win I would like the crib–my grandson has outgrown the bassinet we had here for him to sleep in, and I don’t really like using the playpen as a crib.

Jay September 23, 2009 at 1:16 pm

I like the setup of the flipping pages the best! Unfortunately our computer is a little slow for it so that was the only downfall. I would love to win the double stroller. Dh would be so happy if I won-ours that is a forward and back hand me down from sister is dying. We have replaced the back wheels but has had a long life. We have 3 littles 4 and under and 1 on the way in Jan. so this would be heaven-sent. Thanks for the opportunity!

Phil September 23, 2009 at 5:31 pm

I don’t normally care for online catalogs, but the Sears one is very easy to “flip” through. It does seem that you need a fast internet connection to truly get the experience, so that is something they may want to work on. I would love to win the convertible crib!

Ariel September 23, 2009 at 9:44 pm

That is a great online catalog! So much fun – I loved all the “extras” hidden through out. It was so easy to navigate too!

I would love the stroller – with a newborn and a two year old, it would be a great help!

LyndiLou September 23, 2009 at 11:10 pm

I checked out the catalog and I love the crisp, clear feeling to it all. The colors of the pictures are beautiful and vibrant! I think it’s so cute that the pages turn too! :) I would LOVE to win the crib… probably for my sister who has twins and doesn’t have convertible cribs!

Heather McDonough September 24, 2009 at 5:51 am

I loved that it was interactive – that you could view it online and “turn” the pages, but also click for more information.

shel September 24, 2009 at 7:21 am

I love the interactive catalog; I especially liked that I can “like” something and save it for later. I also noticed a feature where you could be alerted when an item you like goes on sale; what a great, useful tool. I found it simple to navigate and I loved the colors and all the nursery designs; there were some great inspirations there that I could use in my own decorating.

I’d love to win the double stroller; it’s something that’s on my “wish list”. I love the design of the stroller and right now my sister and I have babies the same age, it would be great to take one stroller with us when we shop or run errands instead of trying to lug two in the car already packed with car seats and diaper bags.

shel September 24, 2009 at 7:22 am

I added the button to my blog (right sidebar)

Lori Sifuentes September 24, 2009 at 10:22 am

I like that the catalog is easy to navigate.

I would love to win the stroller. I was just telling my husband that I want one (baby #2 is coming in February) so this would be perfect.

Thank you so much for the chance to win!

JUDY PALUMBO September 24, 2009 at 11:53 am

I would love to win the crib. I am a grandma for 5 and the porta-crib I have is just not working(all but one can climb out-not a good scenario) Thank you for the opportunity to win. I had some trouble with the catalog(verrrry sluggish)-but I did see some bedding that looked so warm, I want them for my bed.

Cee S. September 24, 2009 at 2:16 pm

I visited the catalog, and did like the layout. It took a little bit to load, but I loved the turn-the-page features. I also liked the table of contents feature for easy navigation, and the ‘share this’ feature, which would absolutely come in handy for people who ask about gift registries, etc.. I’m in love with the Baby & Co Carnival Pistachio Coated Double Buckle Bag.

Thank you for this giveaway! We had major flooding in DD’s room with all the recent rain fall, and would love to have the Dream on Me Convertible Crib to replace what was damaged.

israel y September 24, 2009 at 2:43 pm

I enjoyed going through the catalog. The item I loved the most is Eddie Bauer Soothe and Sway™ Play Yard – I love the colors and thats its a a rocking bassinet, changing station and a play yard all in one! I like that theres an instant 10 bucks savings as well! I am entering to win the Dream on Me 4-in-1 Convertible Crib because we are in the market right now for a new crib and this is just what we are looking forward – it matches nicely the room and also that it grows with my baby into eventually a full size bed!

Monique Rizzo September 24, 2009 at 4:49 pm

I LOVE how easy it is to use the catalog!! Thanks for the Chance.
mogrill@comcast.net

Sonya Allstun September 24, 2009 at 7:46 pm

Amanda S. September 24, 2009 at 8:58 pm

I like the flipping pages the best!!! :-)

danielle donohue September 24, 2009 at 11:38 pm

Loved the layout and the great vivid pictures. My computer took a long time to load the pages, though! I would love to win the In Step Safari Double Stroller for my two girls. I don’t have a double stroller, and this would be great!

Tara Hill September 25, 2009 at 12:22 am

I just love the layout! It is so interactive with the polls, etc. It makes you want to look at EVERY page!

I would choose the stroller because I have a 19 month old and a four month old and I need a way to get them around! Thanks!

Tawnda September 25, 2009 at 6:43 am

I love the site’s easy navigation
This crib is great! No more useless item after the first year or so…

Nicole D. September 25, 2009 at 7:55 am

I like how descriptive Sears is about the items – a lot of online stores/catalogues don’t give you a lot of detail about the item. If I win, I would choose the stroller, because I have a 2 year old, and I’m pregnant – I need something for both of them!

Kameron September 25, 2009 at 10:47 am

The catalog setup would take a liitle getting used to. I do like the in depth descriptions it gives of the products.

I would love the stroller if I win! I have a 2 year old and baby number 2 is due in 8 weeks so I am going to need the dual capacity pretty soon…since my hubby is vetoing my Phil & Ted love!

Sara Rose September 25, 2009 at 3:11 pm

If I win I would choose the crib, I love that it converts to a toddler bed and we’ve got two toddlers and we’re in need of another bed!

I LOVED the Sears baby catalog, the pages are gorgeous especially pg. 14/15 of the baby gear of the mom and baby jogging through the trail, the whole scene just makes me want to go jogging through that page right along side of her! I love the tips on some of the pages, like how to swaddle. Also, I enjoy the fact that if I see something I can click on that item for more info including the prices! Great design and layout!! Great job Sears, very impressive!

Thank you for entering me!

Rebecca September 25, 2009 at 7:30 pm

the new catalog online is so fun and eye-catching! love all the moving buttons and the fun colors. and love love love the trend-lab versailles baby bedding!

Shannon September 25, 2009 at 10:23 pm

I love the Badger Basket Company Envee High Chair because it look so different and is colorful and has a playtable conversion. My son does therapy in a high chair and this one is much better than his.

To win, I would chose In Step Safari Double Stroller because I have two toddlers and need to get in shape!

I love the online catalog and that you can view so many different nursery ideas. The Trend lab Versailles collection of bedding is very pretty…great ideas on how to set up the nursery as well.

stephanie September 26, 2009 at 8:13 pm

I loved the cover of the catalog. The multiple baby faces were too adorable and they made me smile. I also enjoyed that the colors; they were so bright and cheerful.

If I win, I would love the crib. My husband and I are going through the adoption process right now and since it’s so expensive, not having to worry about paying so much for a crib would be wonderful!

I placed the “Cradle and All” button on my blog on the right sidebar under the Mommy Blogs section. Here is a link to my blog: http://findinourbaby.blogspot.com
