Since I was introduced to Blue Bunny ice cream, during my Ice Cream Social, it has become a favorite here in our house… The creamy consistency and yummy flavors are enough to satisfy our sweet tooth- filled family!

Drawing inspiration from her love of family—particularly her children—Claire, of Word 4 Word Design, has created a line of bracelets and pendants that are both outwardly eye-catching and poignantly personal. While her stained-glass pendants were what first launched her business, it’s her word-based line of “express yourself” jewelry that has become the most popular. Accented with encouraging messages to “hope,” “think” and “live” (as well as custom messages of the customer’s choosing), the pieces symbolize Claire’s outlook on life.

Claire made a beautiful Charmed Pendant, especially for me. This pendant is delicately wrapped with silver wire and charmed with a silver charm.

Because I need to remember to laugh, I chose the “laugh” charm on a piece Claire made for me.

Then She Found Me

Then She Found Me is a story that follows Alice Epner (Hunt), an almost 40 year-old New York school teacher. Alice’s life couldn’t get any more challenging – Her biological clock is ticking, but she is abandoned by her very immature husband (Broderick). Shortly after her adopted mother’s death, her quirky birth mother (Midler) unexpectedly reenters her life. However, after meeting the divorced father of one of her students, her life opens up in ways she had never imagined.

I would certainly not recommended this movie for children, but this tale is funny, thought-provoking, and all around entertaining.
