My all-time favorite ice cream creation is not very fancy. I can eat a bowl of coffee ice cream with Heath Bar chips in it any day!
What about you? Perhaps you are a milk shake kind of person? Would you rather indulge in a banana split or a sundae? Or, maybe you’re like me and enjoy something simple. I would love to hear how you scoop your ice cream!
Leave all the yummy details… I want to know exactly what you would put on, or mix in, your ice cream. Be creative! I want to be able to taste it!
Whoever leaves the comment with the most scrumptious ice cream creation, according to me and my hubby, will win an Ice Cream Dipper from Pampered Chef!
Make sure you leave your contact info in the comment. I need to be able to contact you if you win!
Now, head over and leave me a new ice cream fact for another chance to win something yummy. Remember you can leave one piece of ice cream trivia per day!

Chocolate is my favorite.
1) I start off with plain vanilla icecream (preferably low fat or just as long as its not too sweet)
2) Add a lil smuckers ice cream topping to it (i like the strawberry flavor)
3) Pile on some Teddy Grahams! (this is the best part, don’t be shy with these)
4) and then I top it off with a cherry
I’m pregnant and this is a delicious, relatively healthy way to bring my energy levels back to normal…

vanilla with maple syrup . It is really yummy. tried that when we were out of hershey’s syrup and got addicted for a while
My favorite is hot fudge on vanilla ice cream with spanish peanuts! Yummy!
It's incredibly fattening, I'll admit it, but this is what our fav treat this summer has been:
chocolate chip & cherry waffles (recipe is on my blog if anyone is interested) sprinkled with powdered sugar then drizzled with chocolate syrup. I put one scoop of double chocolate ice cream on mine (DH wants 3 LOL), drizzle that with more chocolate syrup, then on DH's I drizzle a peanut butter sauce and I add peanuts, and of course whipped topping for both of us!
It's DELISH! (and of course, if you ordered out, it would be one of the $7-8 treats, this is a lot cheaper!)
(my email's on my profile page or just drop me a comment on my blog)
I love to sprinkle hot cocoa powder on my ice cream.
My Son is 11 soon to be 12 and loves to create and but His Ice cream on the cutting board and all His fixings whatever they may be for the day or week and smash them together and create. It is fun to see what He comes up with and then take Our over 30 year old ice cream scoop and put it in Our old time ice cream cups and it looks really fun…It would be wonderful to WIN A working ICE CREAM SCOOP…..and give it to Him maybe He will be famous one day….He does that with other things also…since Childhood
i like frozen yogurt with nothing added to it
I’m into layering so I use parfait glasses. Starting from the bottom there’s chocolate ice cream , crushed oreos, lots of small squares of chocolate cake, thick caramel topping, vanilla ice cream, crushed oreos, lots of small chocolate cake squares, thick caramel topping, chocolate ice cream, hot fudge topping, whipped cream and a scattering of crushed oreos. It’s decadent, decadent, decadent.

I love just about any kind of ice cream, but I do have a special favorite. When we were little kids, my grandmother used to make the world’s most delicious homemade hot fudge. She’d give us big bowls of French vanilla ice cream, covered with the fudge, hand-whipped cream, chopped walnuts and — because she said we were so special we deserved more than one — two cherries.
Whenever I’m in need of the perfect ice cream sundae, it’s time to make a batch of Grandma’s hot fudge.
I love “bananalicios”.
layer from the plate up:
a slice of warm banana bread
slices of banana to cover
vanilla ice cream
warm caramel topping
chopped nuts(optional)

A bowl of ice cream (with some type of caramel in it) and cones, on top! I love sugar cones!
Mmm, dark chocolate ice cream with ribbons of rich caramel. Actually, I’d eat just about anything with caramel on it.

chocolate cookies and cream ice cream with hot fudge syrup on top!
I’m pretty boring….I usually just glop on a bunch of hot fudge if we have it. When I’m in the mood for a real treat with the kids, I make jumbo chocolate chip cookies from scratch and then make ice cream sandwiches. The kids LOVE them.
