I’m not sure she’s ready for a real life pet of her own, but Julia is very fond of her newest Littlest Pet, from Hasbro… An adorable monkey she has named Julianna. She carries her around with her everywhere, including to church!
In addition to her little monkey, she now has a virtual pet in a pen. This little puppy digital pen loves to be shown affection, must be fed and put to bed on time, groomed, and even needs to be cleaned up after! Julia doesn’t mind… She plays with her and enjoys the games without fail.
Does your little princess have a real-life pet? How about a virtual pet, or stuffed animal she carries everywhere? I’d love to hear about it!
We are drowning in stuffed animals… But each of the girls has their own particular friends. Abby has to sleep with her teddy bear, but she takes (or wants to anyway) her 2 Webkinz kitties everywhere. Hannah has a whole ‘kennel’ of stuffed doggies but she’s not nearly as attached to any in particular. Becca right now has 2 identical stuffed doggie friends and all 5 stuffed Backyardigans that she has to sleep with, talks to and lines up on her pillow. Too cute!
My 10yo has a Build-A-Bear named Savannah that has to sleep with her every night. You can imagine the trouble when she went to her first sleepover and accidentally came home without her bear…oh my! I was a woman on a mission to get that toy back, I can tell you! (But I still think it’s cute that she loves her bear that much…lets me know she’s not growing up too quickly.)
