The drive-thru attendant rattled off every item I ordered and asked if it was correct. “Perfect,” I replied, thrilled that the teen who took my order got it right the first time.
The following is the conversation my kiddos had, as we pulled up to the window to pay for and gather our order:
Ethan: Nothing is perfect.
Zach: Yes, God is perfect.
Ethan: But, nothing else.
Julia: Daddy is perfect for Mommy.
Ethan: Nobody is perfect, Julia.
Julia: I didn’t say Daddy was perfect. I said he was perfect for Mommy.
Aaaah, that’s my girl!
Perfect
