Our New “Park”

Want a sneak peek at our new “park,” as my kids so lovingly call our new playset? This picture cracks me up… Ray discovered two extra boards once the playset was finished! We still haven’t discovered whether or not they were truly extra, or if they were meant to go somewhere. Oops!

extra boards

I am putting together a video/slide show of the entire process, from tearing up a third of our lawn to completion – boy, was it quite the task.

The above playset – Mt. Rainier – was sent to us from SwingsetsOnline.com as part of their Backyard Discovery Ambassador Program.

All of our kiddos LOVE our new park and spend countless hours climbing, swinging, sliding, and conspiring! Yes, they’ve already created a “secret club” that meets in their new clubhouse!

{I know I keep giving you all of these teasers, and I promise to follow through and tell you all about the fun stuff we’ve been up to. But, there has been a whole lot of not-so-fun stuff going on that has prevented me from sharing much… I am hoping things will be back to “normal” soon.}

    I am sure the boards are nothing. They are probably just part of the load bearing infrastructure :)
