I love this challenge! There is no question me and my families mood and hunger level remain even for many hours after an egg breakfast as opposed to any other non protein meal.

If i don't eat eggs every single morning I feel absolutely worthless for the day. I literally get a burst of energy in the morning after I eat my eggs. The crazier part is if I eat breakfast (no matter how healthy it is) and I don't include my eggs I don't feel as good as I would have with the eggs.
