Tackle It Tuesday Meme

So, most of you already know that I am leaving tomorrow, before dawn. But, what you didn’t know is that I am so not ready!


My tackle today will be trying to decide what to wear while I’m gone, packing (both myself and my youngest son), making sure eveything is ready for my hubby’s three days with all the kiddos (sans Mommy), and trying to calm my nerves.

You see, I’ve never flown by myself before, let alone all the way across the entire country, with layovers! I am a bit nervous, to say the least.

I know, you can laugh… It’s okay. I’m a big girl (athough you couldn’t tell!).

Oh, and did I mention that if I don’t go to bed by 8pm tonight, I might as well NOT go to bed? (I have to be up and ready by 3:45 am!)

I know…feels like the prep time is as long as the trip is going to be.

My to do list is a mile long.

Can you say “shower when you get there?”
