To compliment the fab finds I added to my maternity wardrobe over the summer, I was introduced to some great items that made staying in fashion on a daily basis, with a big belly bump, possible.
I already layered most of my tops with tanks, the Hip-T or my Blush Topless Undershirts, but since I’m bigger this time around I was happy to add some pocket dots to my arsenal. These cute little dots clip the the back of the undershirt or maternity band and attach to the back pants pocket… With pocket dots there is no more need for re-adjusting or fear of a bear back!
Miss Oops has some great products to solve some common maternity fashion blunders – Nipple Covers to keep clothes dry and stain-free and Popper Stoppers to stop the belly button pop. Now, if you’re at all like me, having your belly button pop out is part of the fun of having a belly bump, but if you try to cover yours with a bandage you may want to try the Popper Stoppers instead.
Last, but not least, are my Assets Marvelous Mama Unbelievable Underwear. I’m not typically a big fan of undergarments that cover my entire belly, BUT these not only eliminate unsightly panty-lines but also provide the under-belly support I desperately need this time around. I don’t wear the Unbelievable Underwear under every outfit, but they do help smooth and prevent bulge under my favorite dresses.
What are some of YOUR maternity fashion must-haves? Baby should be here any day now, but I’d love to hear about any thing I may be missing out on!
Some of the above-mentioned items were given to me to review.
All opinions are mine… Always have been. Always will be.
