Just last night I discovered a contest, where the VERY lucky winner wins a year of free maid service. I about jumped out of my seat… I immediately began tweeting about the contest, all the while trying to figure out what I could do to win. (Wishing now it was a contest that was to be judged… I would win, for sure!)
I can only imagine what a clean house looks like, it’s been so long! Sure, my house isn’t horrible, but unfortunately a clean house just isn’t a priority. It’s not that I wouldn’t LOVE a clean house, but my six kiddos, teaching lessons and doling out homework, quality time spent with my hubby, and endless hours of work, just takes precedence.
Pretty bad, huh?

Wow, that video is hilarious! I like how you said, “It would be nice to have someone vacuum for us every so often,” and Julia replies, “Every ONCE often!” That was hysterical. And all of the dents in the walls–the boys were so proud. Thanks for the laugh.

Maid service for an entire year would be great. We use to have a cleaning service and it was wonderful. Cleaning is the last thing you want to think about when you are trying to be a mompreneur, mom, wife, and having a job outside the home. Whew! Tired just typing that.

Congrats, saw your Skype status! I need to make one of these videos in hopes that some company will come and rescue us! I’ll clean, but we need MAJOR help with space saving and organizing. We have stuff everywhere, there’s only so much that can be done with a 2 bedroom apt without the help of hgtv moguls!
