Laugh Out Loud!

LAUGHTER: Convulsive merriment; an expression of mirth peculiar to man, consisting in a peculiar noise and configuration of features, with a shaking of the sides and expulsion of breath. (Webster’s 1828 Dictionary)

All I can hear right now, as my children play in the backyard, is uninhibited laughter. You know, there is really nothing more pleasant than to hear my kiddos’ laughter. I can’t help but laugh with them.

Man is distinguished from all other creatures by the faculty of laughter –Joseph Addison

Laughter is contagious. And, sharing a joyous moment with those whom I love is priceless! It truly is the best medicine for any ailment.

Among those whom I like or admire, I can find no common denominator, but among those whom I love, I can: all of them make me laugh. –W.H. Auden

Children laughing is the best sound! But, I’ll always remember the fun we had and all the laughter that was going on! So much fun, Chris – so blessed to call you my friend (and new make-up artist!!).

I love this post – very cute! I love laughing and when my son cracks up (has really only done it a handful of times) I really love laughing. Now that I am a new mom, the sound of him laughing is truly so cool!

My son will laugh so hard that it seems like he’s going to stop breathing! I love it! It’s contagious.
