Last Minute Gift Ideas

by Christine - From Dates to Diapers on December 16, 2013

Are you looking for some last minute ideas for those gifts that slipped your mind? Well, I have a couple of ideas. This year we needed a couple of little gifts for our housekeeper, dog sitter, and a few hostess gifts, but I had completely forgotten until today. So, I ran up to Walmart, with a couple of ideas in mind, and was hopeful I could find something thoughtful.

Of course, the Better Homes and Gardens candles immediatey caught my eye. At less than $4 for each 7oz candle, I couldn’t pass them up. Each one smells delicious and comes with a recipe for the scrumptious dessert that it smells like. Yum!

And, who doesn’t enjoy chocolate? I found some great insulated Mason jar tumblers and filled them with Kisses and M&Ms. Our dog sitter loved them, as did the kiddos at Noah’s class party.

You can count on Walmart to help you with all of your last minute holiday needs, from the forgotten cranberry sauce (been there) to the stocking stuffers you wait to pick up until Christmas Eve (done that).

As a participant in the Walmart Moms Program, I’ve received compensation for my time and efforts in creating this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I usually give my co-workers jars full of candy or chocolate… and they love them!
