Incredible

Do you remember my breakfast challenge and all the egg talk, here at From Dates to Diapers, last fall? I really enjoyed writing these posts, and making these fun dishes and snacks with my kiddos. Most all, though, I was happy to discover that eating healthy can, in fact, be very fun and affordable.

I was thrilled when the American Egg Board asked me to share my stories on Gather. Starting this week, I will be sharing stories of “incredible” people out in the blogosphere, as well – people who are all about eating and living healthfully.
