I have become a believer in breakfast! Eating a protein-rich breakfast every day certainly has it’s benefits… More energy throughout the entire day!
I can tell you that when I don’t eat a breakfast that includes an egg (or two) I certainly do not feel the same. It truly is amazing to think that I can feel full longer and stay energized, just because I ate that egg every morning.
So many of you are sharing such great stories with me, about how eating breakfast is changing your life. I wanted to share what Amber said…
“So far I am really enjoying this challenge. Before we began I wasn’t eating breakfast at all, or rarely. It’s amazing that one little 70 calorie hard-cooked egg in the morning has actually made it easier for me to stay within my max. calorie range for my diet. Before, my lunch would end up being higher calories to compensate, but that delicious bit of protein is helping me to level things out.
Last night I even had one as a before bed snack. I couldn’t wait until this morning for another yummy hard-cooked egg!

Happy Fall!
I am really honored that you shared my comment!
I have truly became a believer that having even a small breakfast including an egg makes my day so much better. I just got done boiling a whole bunch of eggs for the week.
I want to thank you for challenging me to make this change in my life.

Ever since I played with my son’s breakfasts, incresing his protein with peanut butter sandwiches, his behavior turned around 180 degrees. So I too am a huge believer in protein at breakfast, as well as a protein snack mid morning.
