Happy Birthday Ethan and Zach!

It’s amazing that you are 8 years old… It seems like only yesterday I was kissing you quickly before you were whisked away from me to your incubators. I was so scared, but so happy that you were both born healthy, albeit tiny! God had a purpose for you both, from the beginning, and there is not a day that goes by that I don’t thank Him for you both. The joy and laughter – and even the challenges – that you bring to your dad and me are such a blessing.

Ethan – I pray that the Lord will raise you up to be the man of God you desire to be. Your heart for others – your siblings, your friends, your neighbors, and those throughout the world – truly shines. Go, therefore, and preach in all the world.

Zach – I am constantly amazed by your compassion for others and your love for God! The love of God shines through you and your kindness is seen by all those around you. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. And love your neighbor as yourself.

I love you my babies, my boys…. my little men!
