I am constantly on the look out for fun, safe and inexpensive things to do with our kiddos, especially in the summer. I am very excited about the Free Family Film Festival that begins next week… It’s a fun-filled nine weeks of movies for kids and parents, and best of all it’s FREE! FREE is the only reason why you will see me, in a theatre, with six kiddos and no help!
Find a Regal theatre near you and plan a trip to watch selected G & PG movies. These movies start at 10AM each Tuesday and Wednesday, during the festival, and it’s a great way for kids to spend a weekday morning this summer!
Check out the list of participating theatres in your area along with what films are playing each week! Tickets for the 2009 Free Family Film Festival are exclusively available at select theatres’ box office on the day of the show. Tickets are only available on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is limited to theatre capacity.
Maybe we’ll see YOU at the movies this summer… I’ll be the one who looks frazzled, with six kiddos following closely (or not-so-closely) behind.

Up until this summer, ours were free. Now they are a dollar a ticket plus $1.50 (each) for a kids drink and popcorn. That’s $4 a person – times 7 (for you)…yeah, even if you did live in my neighborhood, don’t think I’d seein’ you
