I got this recipe from a Nestle cookbook, years ago, and it has always been a favorite. Try them for a sweet, scrumptious snack…. They’re sure to become your favorite, too!
here’s what you need:
1 1/4 c. softened butter, or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. white chocolate chips
here’s what you do:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
In separate bowl, mix thoroughly flour, cocoa, soda and salt.
Add both mixtures together and mix thoroughly. Add chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake about 8 to 9 minutes, but do not overbake. Cookies will be soft; they will puff during baking and flatten upon cooling. Cool until set, about 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet; cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 4 dozen

Hey girl. You are like the super cute hip Martha Stewart–minus the arrogant disposition!
Maybe Food Network should give you a call.
