To be honest, each young man or young woman is a winner. However, there will be prizes given for two stories. Initial judging of all entries received will take place midday (US MST) Friday, August 31st, which is the deadline. Posting of top entries will follow, giving you, the blog readers, a chance to comment on your favorite. The winning entry will be the one with the highest number of comments by midday (US MST) on Thursday, September 13th.
The young man or woman featured who gets the largest number of comments, will receive an autographed copy of Please, No Zits! & Other Short Stories for LDS Youth, and 50 soft cover books (see later entry from Zdocs). The content of the book can be whatever the winner wishes; the winning story, a simple memoir of the winner’s experience, or some other book-type idea. The winner also receives from Zdocs, the opportunity to sell the books on Razorpages for free.
The sender of the winning entry receives two gift wrapped items–Liquid Facial Wash, and Facial Moisturizer–from the all natural line of beauty products, Scentiments. Believe me, Scentiment products are worth having. I love them. He or she also receives a copy of Annette Lyon’s latest novel, Spires of Stone.
The young person featured who has the next highest number of comments, receives a copy of Chick Lit author Stephanie Fower’s latest romantic comedy out in September, Meet Your Match, together with a copy of Marcia Argueta Mickelson’s novel, Star Shining Brightly. The sender of this second entry receives a copy of Heather B. Moore’s first book in the Out of Jerusalem series–Of Goodly Parents. Further details of these prizes with links to authors’ websites can be found in later dated blog entries above.
