Introducing Birthing Hip

by Christine - From Dates to Diapers on May 1, 2012

Most of you have had babies and, like me, can attest to the fact that your body has changed and will never again be the same as it was in your early twenties. Your favorite jeans no longer fit and the tops that you once wore hang loosely over your chest. Embracing your new body – everything from that extra baby weight to your less-than-perky breasts – can be difficult.

I know I’m not the only one.

I like to consider myself to be fairly fashionable, but I have some pretty fashionable friends, too. These friends are the first ones I think of when I’m putting together an outfit for any special occasion.

Would Kadi wear this?

Which necklace would Candace wear with this top?

I should ask her if she thinks I should wear heels or wedges.

Well, these fabulous gals created a brand new site called Birthing Hip – a site dedicated to fashion for ALL sizes. This fun and flirty space was the brain child of two gals whom I love and chat with daily – Candice of Fashionably Organized and Kadi of Our Seven Seeds. I am excited to be one of their 13 contributors and to share some of my fashion tips with you.

Hop on over and let me know what you think!

That is the woman’s curse… Our bodies will never ever be the same as before after giving birth. But thats just the way it is. We just have to look for a workaround right?
