Hi ya’ll. I’ve been getting lots of questions about your videos not showing up on the Johnson’s Baby YouTube page. Here are the answers, straight from Johnson & Johnson themeselves:
- If you submitted a video to Johnson’s Big Bubblin’ Stars Contest, it must be reviewed internally by Johnson’s for any inappropriate visuals, language, etc. before it can be posted to the Johnson’s Baby YouTube Channel.
- The deadline for video submissions has passed and if your video was submitted within a week before the contest deadline it is still being reviewed internally. However, at this stage of the contest, the only additional videos that will be posted to the site are those that make the Top 9.
- The Top 9 videos will be chosen from a group of the top 20 and will be posted on May 5. All current videos that are posted that did not make the Top 20 will be removed from the site, as we enter into stage two of the contest.
- If your video is among the Top 9, we encourage you to have your friends and family vote for your video on the site.

Thank you! That makes much more sense. I figured there was some type of review policy but I couldn’t find it in the official rules. Am I understanding correctly that there will be public voting beginning May 5th for the top 20 only?

Considering the fact that I submitted mine the day before the deadline…no wonder it isn’t on their channel.

Thank you for posting this! I was wondering for the last 2 weeks – until the day before the contest ended, I saw the submissions had gone from 85 to 105 and mine was in there.
Fingers crossed that the little guy and I are in the final voting!

sorry, but i have to say I think the results for the final 9 are totally bogus. there were some super cute videos up there, creative, musical, funny, ones that were edited, etc. but somehow 9 mediocre videos were selected…guess you had to litter the video with johnson & johnson baby products to even be considered.
