Merry Madagascar {a giveaway!}
One of my biggest holiday pet peeves is that Thanksgiving seems to be overlooked. Even television specials are beginning before the day when we give thanks for that which God has blessed us. Last year, I didn’t even publish my Christmas Gift Guide until after Thanksgiving because this bothered me so much, but I suppose that perhaps it’s time to just roll with it…
Tonight NBC premiered a fun Christmas special called Merry Madagascar and tomorrow the DVD hits the shelves at Walmarts across the country. Yup, all of your favorite characters are back to save Christmas!
We actually received the DVD from Walmart and DreamWorks last week, so my kiddos were able to watch it over the weekend. (I have no qualms about admitting that I refused!) We’ll also be receiving a fab gift pack, so we can enjoy a family movie night on the 28th, when NBC will air this special again…. I’ll definitely watch it then!

- Send out a tweet OR update your Facebook status, with a link to this giveaway, telling us which Madagascar character is your favorite. You may tweet as often as you’d like, just be sure to leave me a separate comment for each one.
The winner will be announced on Twitter AND on the From Dates to Diapers Facebook wall, around 7pm (pst) on Thursday night – yes, it’s a short one. If you win you will then have 24 hours to respond to me, via DM or Facebook message, with a shipping address.
