Clean at last!

I spent yesterday afternoon with my sister. We didn’t do anything fun, per se, but we accomplished a whole heck of a lot…
Sara – the Organizing Queen – came over to help me tackle the biggest bedroom clean up ever. I am so not exaggerating. My boys’ room was long overdue for a gutting; there were mounds of Legos, Bionicles, Tinker Toys, clothes, and books littering the floor to the point that made it impossible to walk in there without physical damage. No joke.
One full garbage can, 4 loads of laundry, three boxes for Goodwill, and 5 1/2 hours later, my boys had the cleanest and most organized room in the whole house.
For a whole 24 hours.
Christine, aka YoungMommy, is married to her best friend, Ray, and together they have six very active children - five boys and one pretty princess. She's a busy mama, spending most of her days homeschooling her crew.
I’ve got a few organizing projects that I need to tackle myself. The process isn’t always so fun…but oh I love the end result.
Sometimes after a cleanup like that, I take a picture, just to prove to myself that it actually happened.
